• Equipment remains the property of HELLOLINK until payment is completed in full.

HELLOLINK does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Equipment Warranty and Returns

• HELLOLINK may assist with warranty claims where applicable.
• Returns are accepted only if equipment is unused, unopened, and requested within 15 days of purchase, unless defective.
• Restocking or handling fees may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HELLOLINK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, any outstanding balance becomes immediately payable.
